Deposit : The deposit is forfeited if the deadline is not met and is not transferable to another customer. The deposit is for blocking and confirming an appointment and not for creating a finished design by the appointment

Re-engraving : Re-engraving is only free of charge if minor corrections are necessary through the fault of Prime Ink. Retouching work due to the customer's own fault starts at a basic price of €100.

Postponement : A booked appointment can be postponed once as a gesture of goodwill by the studio. A processing fee of €50 per day will be charged in advance if the studio is contacted at least 6 weeks before the appointment. If the customer moves it a second time, the deposit will be forfeited.

Project Modification : Huge project downsizing will be charged at a minimum of 70% of the estimate. Motif changes must be communicated to the studio no later than 6 weeks before the date. If enormous project changes take place on the due date, additional costs of 50 € will be incurred.
